CBC GROUPS – Who to contact

Each Buying Group in CBC is composed of specialist buyers and contracts officers who take a supply or service contract from the first stages of assessing the market demand, right through to the final stages of contract award and promotion of the arrangements.
 
Effective communication between these Groups, the CBC member-authorities, suppliers, and other public sector stakeholders is very important. Below are details for contacting CBC staff.
 
The primary contact is the person in each Buying Group most likely to be able to field general enquiries from customers and suppliers. They should also be able to identify the most appropriate contact within CBC who has the specific knowledge to answer a detailed enquiry.
 
The secondary contact is the Chair of the Group, who will have an overview of objectives, operations and plans in their respective procurement or support area.
